Wickford Cars strengthens

It’s official - one of the biggest names in car buying is in the doldrums.  Many readers will already know that webuyanycar.com was reprimanded by the Advertising Standards Authority for claiming they were a national company (when they’re not), and for not mentioning the fees that car sellers have to pay.  Also, the Mirror claims that an insider stated that their salesforce were told to knock a bare minimum of 28% off the price quoted online when the customer came in with their car.  It’s hardly surprising then that they’ve now had to shed 100 jobs and 70 sales centres.

None of the above applies to Wickford Cars.  We’re not cutting back on our staff and we remain committed to giving our customers good value whether they’re buying or selling.  Nothing can beat the personal touch when it comes to trading cars, and our many repeat customers are testament to that.
